Returns & refunds
Request a return within 7 days of delivery if you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product. We do not accept returns for a change of mind.
Refunds and replacements are available for approved returns. The customer is responsible for the return courier charge.
Refunds are issued within 1–3 days after the return is approved. Customers can choose their preferred refund method: cash, bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.

This return period does not change the applicable warranty coverage for your product.

ভুল, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য পেলে ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্নের অনুরোধ করতে হবে। শুধু মত পরিবর্তনের কারণে পণ্য ফেরত নেওয়া হয় না।
অনুমোদিত রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে টাকা ফেরত অথবা পণ্য পরিবর্তনের ব্যবস্থা রয়েছে। পণ্য ফেরত পাঠানোর কুরিয়ার খরচ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।
রিটার্ন অনুমোদনের পর ১–৩ দিনের মধ্যে টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। ক্রেতা তাঁর পছন্দ অনুযায়ী নগদ, বিকাশ, নগদ মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং অথবা ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফারের মাধ্যমে টাকা ফেরত নিতে পারবেন।
