Orders and prices
All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Check the product, variant, quantity, delivery charge and final total before placing your order. Discounts and vouchers apply according to their stated conditions.
Please provide your correct name, phone number and delivery address. After receiving your order, Rayhans Tech will contact you to confirm it and product availability.
Payment and delivery
Online orders support cash on delivery. No advance payment is required.
Inside Dhaka: estimated same-day delivery; delivery charge ৳60.
Outside Dhaka: estimated delivery within 1–3 days; delivery charge ৳120.
Returns and refunds
Request a return within 7 days of delivery for wrong, damaged or defective products only. Returns for a change of mind are not accepted.
Approved returns qualify for a refund or replacement. The customer pays the return courier charge. Refunds are issued within 1–3 days after approval through the customer’s preferred method: cash, bKash, Nagad or bank transfer.

Warranty
Warranty coverage and duration vary by product. Refer to the warranty information supplied at purchase.
Claims can be made through Rayhans Tech or the relevant brand’s authorized service center, where applicable. Provide the product, purchase invoice, original box, and original accessories when submitting a claim. Please read our Warranty information page.

বাংলা
অর্ডার ও মূল্য
সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (BDT) দেখানো হয়। অর্ডার দেওয়ার আগে পণ্য, ভ্যারিয়েন্ট, পরিমাণ, ডেলিভারি চার্জ ও সর্বমোট মূল্য যাচাই করুন। ছাড় ও ভাউচার সংশ্লিষ্ট শর্ত অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য হবে।
সঠিক নাম, ফোন নম্বর ও ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা দিন। অর্ডার পাওয়ার পর Rayhans Tech আপনার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করে অর্ডার ও পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা নিশ্চিত করবে।
পেমেন্ট ও ডেলিভারি
অনলাইন অর্ডারে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সুবিধা রয়েছে। অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রয়োজন নেই।
ঢাকার ভেতরে: আনুমানিক একই দিনে ডেলিভারি; ডেলিভারি চার্জ ৬০ টাকা।
ঢাকার বাইরে: আনুমানিক ১–৩ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি; ডেলিভারি চার্জ ১২০ টাকা।
রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড
শুধু ভুল, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্যের জন্য ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্নের অনুরোধ করতে হবে। মত পরিবর্তনের কারণে পণ্য ফেরত নেওয়া হয় না।
অনুমোদিত রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে টাকা ফেরত অথবা পণ্য পরিবর্তনের ব্যবস্থা রয়েছে। ফেরত পাঠানোর কুরিয়ার খরচ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে। অনুমোদনের পর ১–৩ দিনের মধ্যে ক্রেতার পছন্দ অনুযায়ী নগদ টাকা, বিকাশ, নগদ মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং অথবা ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফারের মাধ্যমে টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

ওয়ারেন্টি
পণ্যভেদে ওয়ারেন্টির সুবিধা ও মেয়াদ ভিন্ন হয়। কেনার সময় দেওয়া ওয়ারেন্টির তথ্য দেখুন।
প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে Rayhans Tech অথবা সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্র্যান্ডের অনুমোদিত সার্ভিস সেন্টারের মাধ্যমে ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করা যাবে। দাবি করার সময় পণ্য, ক্রয়ের ইনভয়েস, মূল বক্স ও মূল আনুষঙ্গিক সামগ্রী জমা দিতে হবে। বিস্তারিত জানতে Warranty information পেজ পড়ুন।
